In cases of congestive heart failure, management may include medications such as diuretics to reduce fluid buildup, ACE inhibitors to improve heart function, and other cardiac medications to support the heart's pumping ability. Treating underlying conditions, such as managing chronic lung disease or addressing fluid retention due to kidney issues, is also crucial.
